Learn the hula hoop through a variety of original dance routines! Suitable for all levels, each participant progresses at their own pace. No experience necessary. Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m., from September 16 to December 2 (12 weeks) at Verdun Circus School. Hula-hoops provided.

Description

In this course, you’ll learn techniques adapted to your level, as well as sequences to create fluid and graceful dance movements using your whole body. You’ll even create your own sequences. This course is for all levels, where each participant progresses at their own pace. No experience is necessary. .
