In this two hours workshop, we will dive in detail into the family of escalator movements. These movements open the door to a whole host of variations that can embellish and add fluidity to your hoop dance. We are going to dissect the basic movements, explore various ways of integrating them into your flow then learn progressively more complex sequences. All levels can benefit from this course.
