Hoop Fitness is a fitness workout that uses hula hoop techniques and movements.

You can join the group at any time and no experience with hula hoop is required. The certified fitness instructor uses and teaches movement variations that are adapted to the level of each participant.

We have Hoop Fitness classes online and in person. Hoops are available for free for in-studio classes.
