What a great idea to have thought of hula hoop! It is the ideal activity for all ages, it is easy (with the right hoop and a few tips), good for your health and fun is guaranteed (just try hooping without smiling to see … 😊).

Also, we offer a discount to non-profit organizations and for private events.

Group Workshop

A certified instructor teaches movements and transitions so that participants can successfully perform a small hula hoop choreography. The content of the course is always adapted to the levels and desires of the participants.

Can also be combined with a Hoop Fitness class for even more fun.

Participative Workshop

For an activity where there is a flow of passers-by. People are encouraged to try the hula hoop and a animator gives advice on how to succeed and try new movements. Many hoops of all sizes are made available to participants. The activity can also include demonstrations.

Light Up Hula Hoop

For a participatory and magical night activity. LED hoops are made available to participants.

Hoop Fitness

For a more sporty and equally fun group activity. Hoop Fitness consists of a fitness session using hula hoop. It requires no experience and the certified fitness instructor gives variations of difficulty adapted to the participants.

Tell us about your project, we will be happy to make you a free service offer.
